Israeli forces launched a major assault on Palestinian worshippers at Masjid al-Aqsa in Jerusalem on the 26th night of Ramadan sparking outrage on social media.
As worshippers performed Taraweeh Salaah, Israeli Occupation forces reportedly stormed the Mosque and rained down sound bombs, tear gas and rubber bullets on worshippers.
According to the Palestine Information Network the attack left hundreds, including children injured.
In photos shared on social media, rubble from the chaos could be seen strewn all over while security forces stood guard.
