A file in the case against former Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich in the Kimwarer scandal has gone missing.
This forced a mention of the case to be adjourned with Justice Anthony Mrima rulling that parties will be given direction by the registrar once the file was found.
The file is reported to have documents challenging the prosecution of the former CS, Rotich.
The former CS for National Treasury has accused the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) by leaving out key players in the Kimwarer deal. These include former Attorney General Githu Muigai and former Solicitor General Njee Muturi.
Others are Environment and Regional Development CS Judi Wakhungu and experts from the ministry, who he says played a major role in the deals.
