NAIROBI – Embattled Football Kenya Federation (FKF) President Nick Mwendwa will remain in custody till Tuesday.
This is even as Mwendwa awaits to take plea in fresh fraud charges by the state following his re-arrest last Friday.
The court briefly released him on Thursday last week without charge last week before DCI sleuths pounced on him again the following day.
In its new charge sheet, the state seeks to charge Mwendwa and others not before caught with several counts of fraudulent acquisition of public property.
