FKF Caretaker Committee Interviews for Harambee Starlets Coach Underway

Interview are on for a replacement of the National Women Football head coach for Harambee Starlets.

FKF Caretaker Committee head of Secretariat Lindah Oguttu broke the news through a twitter post Tuesday January 18.

She accompanied the post with a photo of technical subcommittee head Bobby Ogolla and former Harambee Stars coach Rishadi Shedu.

The interviews are likely to replace current coach Charles Okere appointed in April 2021.

Charles Okere

Reports indicate candidates for the head of Harambee Starlets are Charles Okere, Florence Duah and Tusker’s George Maina.

Others are Thika Starlet’s coach Benta Achieng, and former Vihiga Queens tactician Alex Alumirah.

Harambee Starlets are set to play neighbors Uganda on February 13, 2022 away before staging the return leg a week later in Nairobi for a ticket to this year’s AWCON set for July this year.
