Khaligraph, Nyashinski Collabo In ‘Sifu Bwana’ Gospel Song

Award-winning Kenyan rapper Khaligraph Jones on Friday released his much-anticipated Gospel project dubbed ‘Sifu Bwana’ featuring fellow industry heavyweight Nyashinski.

The pair come together via an old gospel tune to make a gospel hit, taking airwaves by storm.

Earlier this week, Khaligraph teased his fans as he shared a snippet on his Instagram in preparation to release the track produced by his record label Blu Ink Corp.

This is the their first project together, after working on ‘Chukua Selfie’ alongside fellow stars Fena Gitu, Jua Cali and Naiboi.

Khaligraph Jones is from a Christian background, and earlier revealed that his mother is a preacher up to date.

As the rapper launched his critically acclaimed album ‘Testimony 1990’ in 2018, he divulged how close he is to his mother in a video he shared of her praying with him towards the success of the album.

“Moms just passed by the studio to get her copy of the Testimony 1990 album, and she was really feeling track number 2 called Blessing. She also prayed for the album to be more successful,” he wrote at the time. 

In a previous interview with a local publication, the ‘Champez’ hit maker opened up on his past life, disclosing that he started off music by venturing into the Gospel scene before fully discovering his talent.

“I recorded my first song and it was a Gospel one in class 7. It was even played on the radio. It reached a point when I realized that I am an OG,” he said.
