KASNEB is looking to higher an expert to develop study parks for kasneb qualifications I

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

As part of enhancing service delivery to our students, trainers and other stakeholders, kasneb hereby invites applications from qualified persons including professionals from industry and academia to develop study packs for its qualifications.

The study packs should be aligned with the revised syllabuses and competence frameworks.

The development of the study packs will be done in phases. In the first phase, study packs are planned to be developed in the following areas;

(a) Law and related areas.

(b) Financial management and related areas.

(c) Governance, ethics and related areas.

(d) Credit management and related areas.

(e) Entrepreneurship, innovation and related areas.

(f) ICT and related areas including graphic design, cyber security and block chain technology.

g) Forensic fraud investigations and related areas.

II. PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION

The detailed requirements for application as a subject matter expert to develop study packs in the above areas and other details can be accessed on the kasneb website www.kasneb.or.ke.

As a minimum, one is expected to be a holder of an undergraduate degree, a Masters degree and/or professional qualification in the desired area of engagement with at least seven (7) years of relevant experience.

Interested and qualified applicants should submit their application in soft (electronic), PDF format under the subject “

APPLICATION FOR ENGAGEMENT AS A SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT TO DEVELOP STUDY PACKS” through the email address ceo@ kasneb.or.ke.

The application should comprise a forwarding letter addressed to the undersigned, detailed curriculum vitae, copies of academic and professional certificates, relevant testimonials, evidence of previous relevant publications (if any), national identification card/passport and the names and contacts of three (3) referees so as to be received on or before Friday, 25 March 2022.

In addition, applicants will be required to comply with Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya. The following documents should therefore be submitted as part of the application.

(i) Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.

(ii) Clearance Certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board.

(iii) Tax Compliance Certificate from KRA.

(iv) Clearance from Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission.

(v) A Clearance Certificate from an approved Credit Reference.
