NAIROBI – Deputy President William Ruto’s daughter, June Ruto finally married her Nigerian lover Dr Alexander Ezenagu in an event that took place in Karen, Nairobi.
This is after a colourful engagement party on May 8.
The event took place at DP Ruto’s Karen home and was attended by close friends and family with photos and videos of the low key event surfacing online later.

A copy of the wedding invitation card stated that June’s wedding to the Assistant Law Professor at the Hamad Bin Khalifa University in Qatar was to start at 11.30 am.
The seemingly private event along Koitobos Road was to be followed by an adult reception at the same venue.
DP Ruto and the second Lady Rachel Ruto were seen walking their daughter down the isle in an event that was attended by a handful of people.
During a National Prayer breakfast earlier on May 27, Kenya’s second in command said his daughter June worked in foreign affairs and got a foreigner to be her spouse.
Ruto said this as he urged Kenyans to put God in everything they do.
June now joins Kalenjin musician Emmy Kosgei among Kenyan’s who are married to Nigerian men.
