Police FC suffer loss after unveiling Ghost Mulee

KPL- Kenya Police FC lost to Tusker FC in a midweek rescheduled match at Kasarani on Wednessday November 3, 2021.

This was despite Police taking the lead in the second minute through Samuel Ndung’u.

The Kenya Premier League newbies began the game on a high note but failed to maintain the momentum leading to a 2-1 loss at 90 minutes.

Tuskers Ibrahim Juma scored their first goal in the second minute before Shami Kibwana converted from the penalty spot in the 40th minute .

The brewers managed to defend their advantage and walked home with maximum points, making the win their second this season.

The Robert Matano led side began this season on a low note despite breaking the bank to sign 10 new players.

For Kenya Police, this was their first loss since unveiling former Harambee Stars coach Jacob Ghost Mulee.

In a statement, Police FC said Ghost joined their team as a technical director.

They said Mulee will help steer the team forward as they seek to stamp authority in the top tier league.
