Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua denied claims that he has gotten a new girl friend.
This is after a photo emerged of him posing with an identified female, and was doing rounds online.
In a post seeking to make things clear to his followers, Governor Mutua began by saying that his followers demand to get photographed with him on a daily basis.
” DISCLAIMER: I am requested daily by many people to pose for photos. I humbly agree ,” began Governor Mutua’s post.

According to the two time Machakos governor, he takes photos with several people, many of whom are not known to him but love him.
The governor argued that because they they would like to associate with him, those who always take photos with him go ahead and post the photos on their social media handles.

But the governor clarified that this did not mean that he either was friends or had business dealings with them.
” I take photos with strangers – men, women, groups, kids, families etc,” said Governor Mutua.
Last year, Governor Mutua parted ways with his girlfriend of many years Lillian Ng’ang’a.
Ng’ang’a went to be with her new boyfriend Julliani whom she is with to date.
