Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has mourned his friend Charlow Juma Okusimba who died Friday April 8, 2022.
Through a short message on his social media handles, Owino posted, “May you Rest In Peace osiepa.”
Though he did not mention his name, the image the accompanied the post was that of Charlow Juma.
As at the time of going to the press, it was not clear what killed Okusimba.
