The National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) has warned Kenyans against the use of phrases its has listed as hate speech with sipangwingwi toping the list.
The list released Friday Arpil 8 contained of phrases in Swahili, English and vernacular which it said its use amounts to hate speech.
Top of the list of hate speech by NCIC is a popular phrase ‘sipangwingwi’ that has been taken up by Deputy President Willian Ruto and his UDA brigade.
Others phrases listed as hatespeech are fumigation, madoadoa, mende, kama mbaya mbaya and operation linda kura.
